Long title
A Bill to make provision for the establishment of carbon emissions performance targets for electricity generating stations; and for connected purposes.
Summary
This Bill makes provision for the establishment of a carbon emissions performance standard for electricity generators. It would require the Secretary of State to set a standard for generators after consultation and would prohibit new entrants who did not meet the standard.
