Tobacco and Vapes BillContribution
We always hear, for example, about illicit tobacco. The key thing here is clearly to reduce demand. We always hear that shopkeepers will go to the wall, but this has not happened. But they are wound up by the industry and so, not surprisingly, they make that case.
