Someone chastised us for not mentioning health, but I am interested in improving health. The best smoking cessation tools that we have discovered recently are vapes, and the Bill barely distinguishes between vapes and tobacco, or between nicotine and tobacco, in a completely irresponsible way. If we really want to help young smokers between the ages of 18 and 24—and, by the way, there has been a dramatic decline in their smoking, largely because of the uptake in vaping—we should be liberating and promoting vaping and stopping this nonsense generational smoking ban, which is discriminatory and unlikely to help anyone.
