Tobacco and Vapes BillContribution
As I said, these four amendments are about giving us the power to use what increasingly, potentially, looks to be international best practice in point-of-use technology to inhibit the use of vapes by underage users. The question then is: are these amendments necessary? Can the Bill deliver these changes with the powers that are already available or will be available in the Bill?
