117: Clause 71, page 86, line 24, after “exceeds” insert “a specified percentage of” Member’s explanatory statement This amendment would provide for the protected liabilities threshold in Part 3 (superfunds) to be met if the total value of the assets of the relevant scheme and the capital buffer exceeds a percentage of the scheme’s protected liabilities specified in regulations made by the Secretary of State.
