Fraud is a terrible thing—some people have taken more money than they should have taken—but the way to do this is to trust the system as it is and not to try to create a subdivision within the department. Even when it comes to the getting of goods, that could actually be more serious. I beg the Minister, please, to go for Amendment 75. I do not know about the other two, but I ask the Minister to go for Amendment 75 and simply take that little section out so that the power of arrest, and the power of seizing the goods, are left in the hands of the police.
