106: Clause 97, page 62, leave out line 9 Member's explanatory statement This amendment, and my amendments to clause 97, page 62, line 5, clause 97, page 62, line 7, clause 97, page 62, lines 12 to 14 and clause 97, page 62, lines 21 to 23, would remove provision that is no longer needed because of the general data protection override in section 183A of the Data Protection Act 2018, which was inserted by section 106(2) of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 and came into force on 20 August 2025, and make consequential provision.
