19: Clause 6, page 13, line 33, at end insert— “(13A) In section 118 (legal challenges relating to applications for orders granting development consent), in subsection (3)(b), for “notifies the applicant as required by subsection (7)” substitute “provides the copy of the statement of reasons for the decision to the applicant as required by subsection (7)(b)”.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment is consequential on the substitution of section 55(6) of the Planning Act 2008 by clause 6(11) of the Bill.
