Mental Health Bill [Lords]

I commend the Government’s work on this Bill in continuing to develop the much-needed rights of patients subject to the Mental Health Act. Today, I want to focus on new clause 35, tabled by my hon. Friend the Member for Sheffield Central (Abtisam Mohamed), and new clause 37, tabled by my hon. Friend the Member for Thurrock (Jen Craft), particularly on the community elements of the Bill.
