A lack of resources in community services also has an impact on the implementation of community treatment orders, and having the opportunity to review then adequately is key to their not feeling like an ongoing sentence, as the charity Mind has highlighted. New clause 37, in the name of my hon. Friend the Member for Sheffield Central, is to be commended in that it would ensure that community treatment orders are sufficiently and robustly reviewed.
