Planning and Infrastructure BillContribution
Planning policy must be clear and enforceable, so developers and local authorities understand their obligations and are held to them. This change would lead to a step change in the credibility and effectiveness of planning conditions. It strengthens the system by making policy outcomes more reliable and by increasing public confidence in the planning process.
