325B: Clause 84, page 115, line 4, leave out subsection (2) and insert—
“(2) In subsection (1), “remedial action purposes” means purposes connected with the taking by the Secretary of State or another public authority of—(a) a conservation measure as mentioned in section (Remedial action by Secretary of State where EDP ends or is revoked)(4)(a), or(b) any other measure to improve the conservation status of an identified environmental feature as mentioned in section (Remedial action by Secretary of State where EDP ends or is revoked)(4)(b).”Member's explanatory statement
This amendment is consequential on my amendment inserting a new clause after clause 64.
