413: Clause 194, page 243, line 25, leave out subsections (3) and (4) Member’s explanatory statement This amendment removes provision for an appeal to the Court of Appeal from a decision made by the Crown Court on an appeal under clause 194(1). The effect is that there will be an appeal by way of case stated to the High Court under section 28 of the Senior Courts Act 1981.
