Finally, the Minister will know that I am supportive of the speeding up of development enabled by the Bill and the one-off growth opportunity that it represents. The noble Lord, Lord Hunt of Kings Heath—who sits on the Government Benches—and I are at one, partly because of the bureaucracy of planning and regulation that has delayed nuclear development, which noble Lords have already heard about this evening.
