Having said that, I also draw noble Lords’ attention to the National Planning Policy Framework. The noble Baroness, Lady Bennett, mentioned my noble friend Lady Taylor’s support for swift bricks during the progress of the levelling-up Act. It is important to point out that the National Planning Policy Framework sits within a statutory framework, and the new National Planning Policy Framework that we have published, and will consider evolving, mentions under “Conserving and enhancing the natural environment”:
