There is a real ethical issue. What happens if the implementer runs out of money, goes bust, fails to replant the thousands of trees that they were originally contracted to plant, but they died and they had to replant them again and they could not afford to do it? This is a real issue that must be addressed. There are so many moving parts in this that it is “Please take it away and rewrite it” time to cover off these many practical points that will emerge only when it is too late, as is so often the case with these schemes.
