I turn to the powers and duties conferred on Natural England and others in respect to the nature restoration fund. As we have heard, Natural England will administer the EDP, and this will also include its administrative responsibilities in terms of monitoring and preparing reports. It will also be responsible for securing delivery of the conservation measures necessary to implement what is set out in the EDP to ensure that it meets the necessary overall improvement test and delivers positive outcomes for nature.
