Amendment 334, tabled by the noble Lord, Lord Roborough, and supported by the noble Lord, Lord Blencathra, would require the Joint Nature Conservation Committee to prepare a report on the consolidation of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 as related to planning.
