Planning and Infrastructure Bill

In my amendment, I suggest that the language should be that the environmental impacts on environmental features may be ignored if they are not directly related to the development to which the EDP applies. Therefore, the overall objective is to say that we want the environmental features affected by development to be identified, the likely effects to be identified, and if they are not directly related to the development and the environmental impacts do not directly result from the development, they may be disregarded. Amendments 238 to 240 are designed to take the wording to what I regard as the purpose of this clause. I beg to move Amendment 238.
