“Crown Prosecution Service unit for offences motivated by antisemitismThe Director of Public Prosecutions must appoint staff from within the Crown Prosecution Service to create a dedicated unit to support the prosecution of offences motivated by antisemitism and collect data related to such prosecutions.”
