Alongside that, of course, we have a targeted retention incentive, particularly focused at those subjects where it has been difficult to recruit the sorts of specialist teachers that we all want in the classroom: mathematics, physics, chemistry and computing teachers in the first years of their careers who choose to work in disadvantaged schools.
