Planning and Infrastructure BillContribution
The amendment requires planning authorities to act, rather than just suggesting to them that it might be a good idea, which is exactly where we are now. It has the backing of the Royal Horticultural Society, the Horticultural Trades Association, members of the National Network for Community Gardening, and the National Allotment Society. I should perhaps at this point declare my fellowship with the Industry and Parliament Trust and the Horticultural Trades Association.
