Amendment 138B, tabled by the noble Baroness, Lady Willis of Summertown, invites us to consider the role of strategic authorities and whether green and blue infrastructure will be fully incorporated into spatial development strategies under the National Planning Policy Framework. This is a vital issue. Can the Government set out whether we can expect a revised NPPF, and how their intentions will ensure that these matters are addressed in it? As we have heard today, it is an area of clear interest to the House, and greater clarity from Ministers on it would be most welcome.
