112: After Clause 51, insert the following new Clause— “Permitted development and demolition: assets of community value(1) The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 is amended as follows.(2) In paragraph B.1 of Part 11 of Schedule 2, after sub-paragraph (e) insert—“(f) the building is designated as an asset of community value under the Localism Act 2011.””Member’s explanatory statement This amendment seeks to ensure that buildings which have been designated as assets of community value cannot be demolished through permitted development rights.
