On the issues of Georgia and so on, there is no question of doubt that we can point to all those countries and say that they have a problem there. They do have a problem; there is no question of doubt that the standards that we would apply in this country to people who come from minority situations are different to those that apply in another. India is a vast country. Parts of it may be safe for some but not for others. The same applies to former Soviet republics, the Middle East and virtually across the board. There are very few countries left in the world today that would perhaps reach the level of safety that those of us in this Chamber might feel comfortable with. Are people, even today, saying that the United States is totally safe? Could we not make cases here today to point out the flaws that they would face?
