Local Audit (Amendment of Definition of Smaller Authority) Regulations 2025

Lastly, ICAEW is a statutory regulator, but it is completely outside the scope of the freedom of information legislation, which means that no member of the public can question or scrutinise its operations. Does the Minister agree that that is an error which needs to be corrected? I look forward to the Minister’s reply.
