Government Amendments 117 to 119 and 122 are intended to have the same effect for the social care negotiating bodies as amendments in my name to the SSSNB clauses. It is critical to this Government to provide better care to people in their own homes and in the communities where they need it. These provisions will help to ensure that care professionals are recognised and rewarded for their important work.
