111B: Schedule 4, page 201, line 18, at end insert— “(3) The SSSNB must not restrict employers from introducing innovative or improved terms and conditions of employment beyond the national framework, provided that such terms meet or exceed any minimum standards set by the SSSNB.”Member's explanatory statement This amendment prevents the SSSNB from blocking employers who wish to adopt new or improved employment terms and conditions.
