123: Clause 54, page 73, line 32, leave out from “84A(2)” to end of line 34 Member’s explanatory statement This amendment, together with my other amendment of this clause, provides that regulations under new section 84A(2) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 giving effect to international agreements relating to maritime employment will be subject to the affirmative resolution procedure.
