84: Clause 26, page 47, line 21, at end insert— “(5A) The reference in subsection (4A)(a) to a relevant intervention direction includes a relevant intervention direction given before the day on which the Employment Rights Act 2025 was passed.”Member’s explanatory statement This amendment makes it clear that, for the purposes of subsection (4A)(a) of new section 104I of the Employment Rights Act 1996, it does not matter if the relevant intervention direction was given before the day on which the Employment Rights Bill receives Royal Assent.
