Sir Lindsay Hoyle

Sir Lindsay Hoyle

Speaker — Chorley

Speaking in the House of Commons on 11 July 2025

Debate

Unauthorised Entry to Football Matches Bill

Contribution

Before we come to our proceedings, I remind Members of the difference between Report and Third Reading. The scope of debate on Report is the amendments I have selected. The scope of the Third Reading debate to follow will be the whole Bill as it stands after Report. Members may wish to consider those points before deciding at which stage, or stages, they want to try to catch my eye. Clause 1 Offence of unauthorised entry to designated football matches
