81: Clause 33, page 50, line 41, leave out from “the” in the second place it occurs to end of line 43 and insert “landlord’s interest under the lease does not attract the exemption under this paragraph”. Member's explanatory statement This is consequential on paragraph (b) in the amendment in my name which inserts the new sub-paragraph (1).
