84: Clause 33, page 51, line 16, at end insert— “(za) “management functions” in respect of a building includes functions relating to—(i) the provision of services, or(ii) the repair, maintenance, improvement or insurance of the building;”Member's explanatory statement This is consequential on paragraph (b) in the amendment in my name which inserts the new sub-paragraph (1).
