Combined Authorities (Adult Education Functions) (Amendment) Order 2025

First, earlier this year, the Government cut the adult skills budget by 6%. This followed news that devolved areas would receive cuts of 2% to 3%. We must recognise that the adult skills fund is a lifeline of support for the most vulnerable people in our society.
