Children’s Wellbeing and Schools BillContribution
We also have measures, which we will begin to discuss in the next group, focused on the most vulnerable children and those with the highest needs. For children subject to child protection inquiries or plans or who are registered at a special school, parents will be required to seek consent from the local authority before being able to remove the child from roll to home education. This is to provide a necessary check to ensure that the home education received will be safe and suitable for children who are most likely to be vulnerable or to have additional needs.
