Children’s Wellbeing and Schools BillContribution
The noble Lord, Lord Frost, gave us a very useful reminder earlier when he said that we should not presume that everything that happens with family home-schooling is potentially a bit dodgy, and we certainly should not presume that everything that happens with state schooling is in and of itself a good thing, or that there is no room for queries. It was useful when the noble Lord, Lord Addington, reminded us a moment ago that for many parents, home-schooling was initially a response to feeling that schools were not able to provide the special educational provision that was needed.
