Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2025

Contribution

Attacking, for example, Thales’s systems in Glasgow—I struggle to understand what it actually exports to Israel, but it is very important to our nuclear deterrent—would be a reason for proscribing an organisation. This is not about individuals with youthful inexperience; this is a well-organised organisation targeting individual companies. As has already been outlined, it is not doing it by standing outside with a placard; if it were doing that, I would be completely happy with that. Instead, it is going in, destroying things vital to our nation’s safety and then attacking individuals.
