Noble Lords should please read our ISC report, because the legal restrictions and the codifying around how we share intelligence is there. It is not a secret; it is in the law. That would put things differently, and it shoots down completely the argument that is being portrayed by the noble Baroness, and those who want to disrupt the narrative, that somehow Britain is supplying intelligence to do that.
