In Amendment 459, the noble Baroness, Lady Finlay of Landaff, seeks to make it compulsory to tell children or make adequate arrangements for telling them if you are going to have an assisted death and provide adequate bereavement support. I adopt fully the reasoning of the noble Baroness, Lady Hayman, in her impressive speech about why that is a bad proposal.
