Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
Amendment 483A, tabled by the noble Baroness, Lady Maclean, suggests that the panel should be able to refer the patient for a further assessment. I am sorry that the noble Baroness is not in her place. Again, I understand the motivation, but Clause 17(4)(e) allows the panel to get a report from anyone, so I do not think it is necessary.
