In Amendment 932, the noble Baroness, Lady Finlay, proposes a regional structure for panels. I understand the merit of that, but again I think it is appropriate that that should be dealt with not by us in the Bill but by the voluntary assisted dying commissioner when he comes to make organisational arrangements for panels.
