Amendment 480A was tabled by the noble Baroness, Lady Coffey. The Bill currently allows the panel to hear by way of video or audio. The noble Baroness wishes to delete “or audio”. I completely understand that it may be inappropriate to rely just on audio, but again I think it should be for the panel to decide whether it wants to hear from somebody by audio not video because it may well be of assistance to it.
