Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
Amendment 710 would remove the ability for the Secretary of State to use the power in Clause 37 to amend primary legislation, create new bodies or create criminal offences. The Government have always been clear that it would not be appropriate at this stage to develop a detailed delivery model, so I cannot confirm that this amendment would be workable.
