16: Schedule 1, page 180, line 31, after “future” insert “worker, self-employed person or” Member's explanatory statement This amendment and others in the name of Lord Carrington would enable the landlord to gain possession of the dwelling-house when the tenant stops working for the landlord, regardless of the tenant’s employment status (i.e. employee, worker or self-employed person).
