18: Schedule 1, page 193, line 40, leave out sub-paragraph (a) Member's explanatory statement This amendment retains the status quo, allowing landlords to begin recovering rent arrears after eight weeks—rather than thirteen—where rent is payable weekly or fortnightly, helping to reduce the build-up of rental and mortgage arrears.
