Investigatory Powers (Communications Data) (Relevant Public Authorities and Designated Senior Officers) Regulations 2025Contribution
In fact, with this instrument, we are removing some ambulance trusts from the provisions. Therefore, I believe and hope that the budget is within scope for the authorities —although there will be an increase in communications, because of the seven new public authorities that the IPC authorising officers have. At the moment, I believe and the IPC believes that that is within manageability.
