If I may turn to the drugs, I am grateful to the noble Baroness, Lady Lawlor, for pointing out the issue about dispensing, because it seems that there is a range of up to 3% of dispensing errors from community pharmacies. It is not that dispensing errors do not happen; her amendments to the other amendments have tried to tighten that up. A dispensing error would be absolutely disastrous if lethal drugs were supplied to a patient who might have exactly the same name as another patient, or of many other patients. In my area, there are a lot of people called David Evans or David Jones or David Williams; they are often of a similar age and it is easy to get people confused. The concerns over tightening up safety are really valid.
