Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) BillContribution
On devices and substances, it is not even clear whether the substances would include gases or, if they did, whether that would include devices to deliver those gases in a safe way so that other people who were there with the person who was dying through an assisted death would not inadvertently inhale and become subject to toxic effects from any levels of such gases. These are really important questions to know how devices would be approved, what type of devices they would be and what type of drugs would be used.
