If we proceed to Report, I would like some help in looking at writing a model that is different, because I certainly believe that it could be safer. These amendments were all written in good faith, in an attempt to address the various concerns that have come from both sides of this debate and from those down the middle, trying to pull together some solution. With that, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
