Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill

Supporters of the Bill may suggest that existing professional regulation covers this. If that is so, placing referral clearly in the Bill should pose no difficulty and would increase clarity and safety. What enforcement mechanism will operate if Clause 6 is breached? What sanction will follow if a clinician fails to uphold this safeguard?
